Do you like to watch?

Jill Sixx Gevargizian, who we already admire for her support of indie horror through the monthly Slaughter Movie House screening series, started a Kickstarter campaign a short while ago to fund her first short film: CALL GIRL. The film, which stars Laurence R. Harvey of Human Centipede 2 and Tristan Risk of American Mary, is now complete and carving a path of titillating terror at festivals and conventions such as the upcoming Texas Frightmare (May 2, 2014).

I hope he doesn't ask her to go "ass to mouth"
Call Girl is a five and a half minute tale of murder and revenge from the point of view of a webcam. It begins with with Harvey talking to his webcam, awaiting the arrival of a high-price escort. When she arrives, played by the impeccable Tristan Risk, she is unaware that she's being watched by some shady online voyeurs. What takes place next? You'll have to watch it and find out, but I can say that this sleazy scene is not what it seems.
Tristan Risk steps out from behind the makeup  in American Mary and into something more comfortable
I can say that both Harvey and Risk are great in Call Girl, and I can't wait to see what will come next from Gevargizian after this, her impressive directorial debut. Call Girl premiered at Horror Hound weekend and has been highly praised online ever since. With solid performances, great music, and a twist ending that even I didn't see coming, I'm positive that Call Girl will be knockin' em dead on the convention/film festival circuit for a while yet. So, if it comes to a theatre near you, get off your ass and go see it. If Horror In The Hammer followers are real lucky, they might not have to wait that long at all. Keep your ears to the ground. That's all I'm going to say.
